Andreas Slettvoll is the founder of CHOOOSE; the leading global provider of integrated climate programs to airlines, travel and logistics platforms. CHOOOSE has raised significant amounts from across the world, and has many of the largest US, European and Asian airlines as their customers. Slettvoll was previously an M&A and energy lawyer, and prior to starting CHOOOSE serving as partner in a leading Norwegian law firm. He holds a Master of Law from the University of Oslo.
Bent Skisaker was CFO of AutoStore until October 2023, and was central in taking the company public in an IPO in 2021, which was the second largest IPO ever at the Oslo Stock Exchange. He has also held the position as CFO of Nel ASA, and for 12 years he held CFO positions in both listed and PE owned companies in the Aker Group. His career started as an auditor and advisor in Arthur Andersen and EY. Bent holds a Bachelor’s Degree (with Honors) in Business Organization from Heriot-Watt University and a Master’s degree in Finance and Accounting (CPA) from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).
Christoffer Herheim is the CEO and co-founder of Optio Incentives, a firm that has simplified equity incentive programs for over 200 public and 100 private companies. Optio grew organically from scratch to revenues of 4 million EUR in just five years, prior to it's first external funding round in 2023. Prior to launching Optio, Christoffer played a key role at another startup in the employee equity domain, Accurate Equity, which was acquired by Montagu in 2015. He also founded Finins, a company that provides sophisticated valuation and accounting software to leading power producers in Norway. In addition to his entrepreneurial endeavors, Christoffer is an angel investor and holds a Master of Science degree in Strategy and Finance.
Edgeir is the CEO and founder of Tibber, the world’s first digital energy consumer service. Previously he held the position as CEO of Enoro Norway, the leading provider of software to electric utilities. Edgeir started his career during his studies as co-founder of the startup Deriga in Trondheim, later sold to Visma, the largest software corporation in the Nordics. Edgeir is also an angel investor and holds a Master of Science degree in computer science from NTNU.
Erik Fossum Færevaag is currently the interim CEO of Easee, a global leader in EV charging. In 2023 he served as the interim CEO of Nofence. Erik was the founder of Disruptive Technologies in 2013, a Norwegian Tech company providing The World’s Smallest Wireless Sensor. Prior to that he was part of successful journeys with Energy Micro and Chipcon. Erik’s background is from the microchip/semiconductor industry, architecting the world’s lowest power microcontroller EFR32 and the world’s lowest energy ISM band digital radios. Erik is also an angel investor and holds a Master of Science degree in electronics from NTNU.
Gustav is the owner of Kvarv, the family holding company of the Witzøe family. Gustav is the Founder and Chair of W Initiative, a humanitarian foundation. In addition he is also the Chair and CEO of the investment company Forward Project. He also co-founded Wiski Capital in 2017 together with Øystein R. Skiri to back great tech entrepreneurs. Gustav has several years of experience from fish farming and aquaculture.

Ivar has 18 years experience from software programming and tech leadership, and has been investing in tech companies since 2018. Ivar holds a Siv.ing in Computer Science from NTNU.
Jørgen Tegdan works as an independent consultant, helping both start-ups and established companies with challenges in finance and technology. Previously he held positions as CFO in Disruptive Technologies and CTO in Ecotone. He started his career as a chip designer in Atmel Corporation where he later became VP of Engineering. Jørgen is also an angel investor and holds a Master of Science degree in electronics from NTNU and a Master of Business and Administration from NHH.
Kjetil J. Olsen is the CEO and founder of Rentelligent, the company behind the leading tenancy lifecycle platforms Husleie.no (NO) and SmartMiete (DE). Prior to Rentelligent, he held the position as Vice President, International of the global freelancing platform Upwork. When studying for his Master in Business & Economics (Siviløkonom) at Handelshøyskolen BI, Kjetil founded the part-time job site deltidsjobb.no and the e-recruitment platform EasyCruit, both acquired by StepStone. Later he co-founded Adminkit, and is an active business angel with investments in startups like Placepoint, Secundo, Ownersroom, Diller and Adline.
Linn Hege is excellent at understanding end consumers - What they want and don't want, especially within the energy industry. She has been a vital part of scaling Tibber’s products and customer service across the Nordics and into Europe. Before her time with Tibber, she has worked for various companies developing digital experiences always with the customer perspective at the forefront. Linn Hege has her spike within maximizing customer success through effective communication and deep understanding of the customer journey as an element of driving business growth.
Magnus is the CEO of Byggteknikk, a family office focused on real estate, fund and tech investments. Magnus has also been an active angel investor into early stage tech companies during the last 20 years, with Tibber, Easee and KIONA as some examples. Magnus holds a Siv.ing in Mechanical engineering from NTNU, Masters in Finance, and a Masters in Business and Administration (MBA) from University of Newcastle, AUS.
Marius has founded and exited several companies - Flowe Charging, Montek and Metrisk Robotparkering. Following his entrepreneurial journey, Marius has now transitioned into the role of Angel investing. He leverages his wealth of experience and industry insights to support and mentor early-stage startups, fueling innovation and driving growth.
Per Olav is currently the CEO of Salvesen & Thams, an investment company based in Trondheim with Bjørn Wiggen and the Witzøe family office as the main shareholders. Previously Per Olav has worked for the US based Private Equity firm, Lindsey Goldberg, as well as McKinsey & Company. In addition he has served 10 years as CFO and head of business development at Polaris Media and held various board positions; e.g Norsk Tipping, Danica Pensjon, Cxense and TrønderEnergi. Per Olav has a background from NHH and Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad with a Masters in Finance, and as second lieutenant in the Norwegian Navy.

Øyvind Reed is the CEO of Critical Event Management Platform RAYVN. Prior to that he was the CEO of video conferencing company Videonor, which later became Whereby. Øyvind has had extensive experience across multiple industries before turning his attention fully to SaaS in 2010. He has also spent several years in the US and has experience taking companies from idea to startup to scale up. Øyvind is currently an angel investor and serves on several boards.
