Øystein has 17 years of experience as founder and CEO of Boost Communications (now Placewise Group), with operational experience across Europe, Middle East, Africa and the US. Solid track record from growing and managing multiple areas of business, including product management and deep knowledge in B2B software sales.
Øystein also Co-founded Wiski Capital together with Gustav Magnar Witzøe and serves as the managing partner for the fund.
Over the last 15 years Øystein has done Private seed investments and has had various board positions in fast growing startups.
Øystein holds a Siv.ing in Mechanical engineering from NTNU and UCSD.
Lars has 8 years in microelectronics industry - from startup, through exit and scale-up.
He has broad international experience leading world wide product and technology teams.
Lars has been the CEO for a deeptec medtech startup, and has been an Angel investor in fast scaling tech companies over last 8 years. He holds a BsC in Economics from UiO and MsC in Electronics from NTNU.
Furter, Lars was awarded PhD of the year 2011 at NTNU for breaking the worlds most secure cryptography.
Monika has worked within sustainability and the renewable energy business for the past 15 years.
She's had various leadership and board positions within the energy sector, as well as founded and led the corporate venture business for one of Norway’s Largest renewable energy companies.
She has 8 yrs of consulting background from Accenture Strategy and was part of the founding team for the nordic sustainability practice.
Monika has over the last years had board positions and advisory roles for national seed funds and Global Venture Funds.
Monika holds a MsC in Industrial Economics and Technology Management from NTNU and studied Entrepreneural finance at University of New South Wales.
